Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NVPP Studio website and our production services, including studio bookings, LED volume shoots, broadcast, and live production. By using the site or booking with us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Use of the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it to transmit harmful or unlawful content. We may modify or discontinue any part of the site at any time.

3. Bookings and payment

• Studio bookings are confirmed once we send a written confirmation and any required deposit is received.
• Rates, scope of work, deliverables, and payment terms are set out in your booking confirmation or production agreement, which control over these Terms in case of conflict.
• Invoices are due per the terms on the invoice. Late payments may incur fees and suspension of services.
• Cancellation and rescheduling policies are stated in your booking confirmation.

4. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you bring to the studio, including talent releases, music licenses, brand assets, and any third-party rights. You represent that you have all rights necessary to record, broadcast, and distribute your production.

5. Facility rules

While on premises, you and your crew agree to follow our safety, security, and facility rules, including instructions from our staff. We may remove anyone who violates these rules or endangers people or equipment.

6. Intellectual property

The site and its original content, design, and trademarks are owned by NVPP Studio or its licensors. Production deliverables and any custom virtual sets, scenes, or assets are governed by your production agreement; absent a written agreement, you own your raw recorded content and we retain rights to our underlying tools, templates, and reusable assets.

7. Disclaimers

The site and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NVPP Studio disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NVPP Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NVPP Studio, its affiliates, and their personnel from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content, your use of the services, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
